What is the Electric Lounge all about? Well.....

Description:

Straight from São Paulo, Brazil, The Electric Lounge (of Aural Ecstasy) will always take you by surprise!! Your hosts Scott Øz and Stargazer (aka: That Metal Couple ~ see below) hand craft each show to poke at your pleasure bone! The Lounge is based upon a new and different musical theme each week. Rock and Heavy Metal are the focal point of the show but you can expect some unusual picks on a regular basis just to keep you on your toes. No genres of music are excluded (i.e. If it's good tunes, they will play it)!!

Other Typical features include:

~ The Local Spotlight ~ This segment focuses on the São Paulo and Brazilian Metal/Music Scene - As well as intermittent interviews with International Acts including some old favorites as well as up and coming bands!

~ Alphabet Soup ~ 5 songs in a row from bands beginningwith the same letter. (This all started when Scott decided to take on the project of listening to all his CD's in chronologicalas well as Alphabetical order from A-Z. No small task mind you seeing as he has over 10,000 of them. Currently he is in the "O" section)

~ Album Side of the Week ~ This is a here and there segment when your hosts Scott and Stargazer decide that one song by this band is not enough and choose to play one whole side of the record, YES VINYL kiddies!!!
